Tuesday is the series premiere of Chopped, Food Network's answer to Bravo's Top Chef. The show is hosted by Ted Allen and features four different chef contestants each week. The contestants battle through three round each a different course. Tuesdays, 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

The Today Show: Chris Kimball of America's Test Kitchen, Chef Devin Alexander, and cooking gadgets. 7 a.m. ET, NBC

Chopped (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Octopus, Duck, Animal Crackers." The chefs try to impress the judges with their creativity using the surprise ingredients in each of the rounds. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Wednesday (January 14)

Throwdown With Bobby Flay (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Chocolate Bread Pudding." Bobby takes on Jerome and Chris of the Dessert Truck in a chocolate bread pudding throwdown. 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

Top Chef: "Down on the Farm." The contestants take a trip to Blue Hill Farm in Massachusetts. There they gather their own ingredients and serve dinner to the farmers. Dan Barber, chef and co-owner of Blue Hill Farm and restaurants, guest judges. 10 p.m. Bravo

Man V. Food: "Boston." Adam is in Boston where he tries a traditional New England clambake, a super spicy feast, and take on a local over a 12-pound burger. 10 p.m. ET, Travel Channel

Good Morning America: Cooking with Chef Marc Meyer. 7 a.m. ET, ABC
