i am a sucker for good old fashioned chocolate pudding. I recently found the best recipe for it, which uses bakers chocolate, rather than the dreaded cocoa powder.

I love dark chocolate in several ways. I love chocolate mouse and chocolate souffle. As well as chocolate candies like lindt, mozart, baci... specially the european version of those chocolates. For american chocolate the hershey's used to be my favorite but it now tastes different. I sure hope they return to cocoa butter...

My favorite chocolate desert is a cake my mom makes called triple chocolate cake. It is basically a boxed chocolate cake, with chocolate pudding mixed in and a bag of chocolate chips. Once it cools to room temperature we usually put it in the fridge to resolidify the chips. It is simple to make but really good.
