Dry aged ribeye.

porterhouse baby!

Ribeye. (but I'd be VEEEERRRYYY happy with a coupla Porterhouses!!)

Yum. yumyumyumyum yum. Definitely Porterhouse - it's like the best of both worlds.

NY Strip. But boy, my husband loves a good Porterhouse.

strip or skirt

Porterhouse steaks, because they're free.

I would have to say my favourite cut of steak is still the good old fashioned, clicheed t-bone. There's something that just feels right about it even if it does take a little extra work, and by the time i'm finished gnawing at the bone my dog, who's been eyeing me with those big sad eyes the entire time gets his treat too.

Filet Mignon!

Ribeye or porterhouse - dry aged.

bone-in ribeye.
thanks

Porterhouse...the best of both worlds!

ribeye or porterhouse.

a nice piece of marbly ribeye.. YUM

Ribeye, but curious about trying the flap!

Dry-aged, bone-in ribeye

Porterhouse. So good, and a safe bone to give my dog.

Ribeye or flank.

Porterhouse...

Marge: Homer, what do you want for dinner?
Homer: Steak?
Marge: Money's too tight for steak, Homer.
Homer: Steak?

Skirt steak in a yummy steak taco.

Definitely Porterhouse,

Porterhouse.

I love a good ribeye!

ny strip or filet, usually filet mignon though. .... wait, ny strip+filet=porterhouse! Good thing my bf loves the strip section of porterhouses, could make for two very nice meals or a nice splurgey meal with me using the leftovers from my steak (I get beef coma pretty easily :P) for awesome steak/egg breakfast burritos.

Peter Luger is my bf's fave, passed down from his ex's family traditions.

The picanha, or rump cover here in the states. A nice salted fat layer and grilled over charcoal, the best.

ribeye is probably my favorite, followed by a new york strip. porterhouse if i have someone to share with. prime rib and short ribs are great too, but i don't think they're technically steak. they're still good eats though!

Porterhouse.

Did we just have this exact same contest like last week? Or am I just making stuff up?

Definitely free porterhouse..:)

ribeye with a bone....

Porterhouse.....cooked by my son-in-law.

Porterhouse, natch.

dry-aged bone-in ribeye

My favorite is fillet!

dry-aged bone-in ribeye, rare

dry-aged ribeye at least an inch thick :D

strip steak or porterhouse or filet...or any steak for that matter

ribeye in all its marbely fatty goodness!

Ribeye , hands down.

Another vote for ribeye.

Porterhouse that is free baby!!!
If it's free it's for me.

Normally ribeye, but I am willing to say porterhouse for the sake of Peter Luger . . .

porterhouse grilled then sauteed in butter.

Prime Rib out to eat, porterhouse and rib eye cooked at home.

skirt steak

porterhouse a must

Porterhouse is my favorite with Ribeye being a close second.

definitely a nicely aged porterhouse.

Porterhouse, rare

Has to be filet mignon.

gotta go with the filet mignon

Porterhouse (if I'm sharing) or New York strip (if I'm solo).

I'm gonna have to go filet mignon, too - might be a little passe or perhaps because I spent my formative years as a vegetarian... but I'm making up for lost time!

a porterhouse, please!

Still have to go with the Ribeye. I have yet to try a Porterhouse.

Hangar, 'cause I'm a cheapstake

By far, a nice medium rare hanger steak. It offers a nice balance between tenderness and meatiness.

Ribeye first, then porterhouse

T-bone, 'cause I like to gnaw on the bone. Grosses my kids out.

filet -- tender and portioned just right :)

Porterhouse, Strip, Skirt, Hanger, and yes, Filet. I've reached the acceptance stage of my appreciation of "girl steak."

Hanger Steak!

ribyeyes and skirt

filet mignon

Shell steak!

Porterhouse. The bigger the better.

Shell steak!

flat iron and filet

Filet mignon. Mmmm... steak!

Why do you keep teasing us!!!!

Ribeye, but I dream of Peter Lugar Porterhouses with a side of bacon.

I love a nice juicy fat ribeye steak.

I love New York Strip steaks. THanks!

porterhouse!

Porterhouse.

NY Strip, as a splurge (on my limited budget), Skirt steak for everyday eating.

My favorite is Ribeye because I am one of those people that love the fat. When we have steaks at my house, everyone eats their steaks and when they are done, they push all the fat they cut off their steaks onto my plate. Not that I would turn down a fancy 2 lb. Porterhouse. I will just have to slather it in butter and wrap some bacon around it to get my daily fat intake.

flank or skirt!

but porterhouse will do in a pinch. Especially at 2 lbs each.

A nice large porterhouse.

Ribeye, well done.

Porterhouse, happy holidays.

Porterhouse.

Yummy porterhouse! :)

Thanks

ribeye~ but i dont like fat that much but...heh it tastes good sometimes.

any steak will do for me as long as its not fatty. my favorite is by far the filet mignon.

boneless ribeye

i just like the tenderloin - any way you slice it ;)

only a ribeye will do!

Filet Mignon!

Now I'm wanting steak for dinner! :)

:) Thank you for the wonderful giveaway! :)

porterhouse!

SeriousEats...show me your meat!!!!

Gotta be the Porterhouse -- best of both worlds. fyi - RARE

Porterhouse it is.

ribeye by far

Ribeye--the richest and most deeply flavored cut of beef.

Bone in ribeye or a hanger.

I've yet to meet a (properly cooked) steak I didn't like; I do love me some ribeye, though.

Ribeye - YUMMMMMMMY!

Ribeye all the way.

So sad I didn't win this last time. NY Strip.

I love it in all forms, but porterhouse makes me quiver!

A nice thick strip steak. Hmmm...

New York strip!

I won this steak last year and I must say it was the best steak I have ever eaten.

I like a good ribeye,

Whoa, it's been a seriously long time since I could afford Porterhouse what a Christmas treat that would be!

Bone-in, dry-aged ribeye!

skirt, but porterhouse is also delicious

the only one I can afford usually is round steak, which I know is really not a steak, but it stir frys alright...

Porterhouse

A ribeye, but then I've never popped for a porterhouse. It could be my new favorite!

Mmmmm ribeye....

Porterhouse

Skirt steak, marinated in the soy sauce and honey glaze that my boyfriend makes and popped in the oven is pretty unbeatable.

ribeye. easy peasy.

porterhouse, medium rare :)

Definitely the Ribeye. ;-D

Porterhouse, med rare/rare, nice spice rub, grilled over cherrywood, throw in a glass of wine and Life is perfect!!!!!!

Rare prime rib or porterhouse. Yum.

What's your favorite cut of steak?

Uhmn, the bigger one? Hellloooo meat!

I can't afford a porterhouse, but I'm sure it would be my favorite!

PORTERHOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a porterhouse fan, myself.

Skirt steak - no matter how you cut it, marinate it, cook it - its delicious!

Ribeye... hand cut... there is no other steak.

It's profoundly close between the Porterhouse and the Ribeye, but I think a Bone in Ribeye just wins it.

new york strip steak

Porterhouse, any (and every) day of the week.

Ribeye please! If from Peter Luger's, medium.

dry aged 2 inch thick bone-in ribeye

Porterhouse, naturally.

A ribeye with some Peter Luger Creamed Spinach !

porterhouse, medium rare :)

"Kansas City" bone-in strip steak. It's the best part of the porterhouse...

New York Strip

Package of two prime, dry-aged porterhouse steaks from Peter Luger. And Reindeer!

Oh the things I can do with a good skirt steak!

rib eye when i can afford it

I like a Kansas City Strip. I'm DYING to eat at Peter Lugers. I have to get my husband to drive over there. Maybe the GPS I'm buying him for Christmas will make it easier!

I love a "filet" but if I get a porterhouse then hey I've got the whole enchilada!!!

porterhouse or ribeye, yum!!!!!!!!!!

Hanger steak...preferably from Golden Gate Meats, with some of their fantastic rub.

Porterhouse. Yum.

Ribeye, on the bone, with plenty o' marbling. Mmmmm fat.

porterhouse, mmmmm

Prime rib. With au jus and horseradish!

Rib Eye on the bone.

Flank Steak. But I wouldn't kick a Porterhouse off my plate.

Porterhouse.

Dry aged Bone in anything.

Skirt or flank steak.

rib eye with the bone in

Bone-in ribeye

Rib eye! -=D yummy goodness!

Hello Porterhouse.

I always used to get the New York Strip until a chef at a local restaurant told me Porterhouse is the best cut. She was right and that's now my favorite.

ooh filet mignon, i love thee so...

new york sirloin

yummy filet mignon...

If I can splurge, definitely porterhouse or ribeye. Otherwise, I love a good marinated flank steak on the grill.

Ribeye
Alicia Webster
5webs@comcast.net

Strip, or a Porterhouse if I can afford it.

these days any steak will do!!!!!!!!!!!! don't want to leave porterhouse off the list tho.

Porterhouse from Piedmontese beef.

Porterhouse

and kind that someone cooks for me... I cant cook...

a hanger steak is amazing

filet mignon, medium rare.

skirt steak! (what can i say, i'm a cheap date ;) )

I'm a libra and so making decisions is difficult.

That's why I love the Porterhouse steak because I get a little NY strip sirlion and a little tenderloin at the same time.

I lived near or in NYC for over 30 years and have never tried a Peter Luger steak. I would be thrilled to do so now - even though I'm stuck in the DC area.

I love a nice T-bone. There's just something about getting two cuts for one.

filet mignon. wait, no, might as well say porterhouse.

ribeye. nom nom nom!

Porterhouse from Piedmontese beef.

delicious marble-y ribeye!

a rare ribeye, or marinated black angus skirt steak

Porterhouse. If it's free, so much the better!

A perfect ribeye... ::drool::

I like my steaks like my poker--strip.

Rib eye again

Porterhouse!

All about the filet... So tender I can cut it with a fork & chew it without my teeth in.

My favorite is definitely a Porterhouse. Since they are so darn expensive now, I eat Rib-eye when the price is right. If I really want a steak bad I will also go for the sirloin.

Cowboy Ribeye... is that even a real cut? either way, ribeye

Bloody hanger for me and filet for my wife. Porterhouse for a splurge.

all I buy is Porterhouse and I do cook them with love

If I had to choose a single cut, it would be a ribeye cooked med rare well seasoned with salt and pepper. But the porterhouse prepared at Peter Lugers would a close second.

T-Bone steak is defo my favorite cut. :)

My favorite is a Porterhouse.

Ribeye. Followed closely thereafter by NY strip.

Porterhouse - medium rare.

Here in Texas it's all about ribeyes!

Yummy skirt steak in tasty fajitas!

My favorite is the T-Bone. Medium well.

Porterhouse.

Flank steak

Steak?...the closest I get is hamburger!

Delmonico. Not too big, not too lean, easy to cook right.

Sue me: filet. Purists call it less flavorful, but I call it less huge and fatty. Word.

porterhouse and/or ribeye

Oh, it has to be ribeye.

I love filet. But I've never tried porterhouse... (hint, hint)

Filet mignon, hands down.

T-Bone, T-Bone and T-Bone!
Porterhouse is also a GOOD cut of Meat!

i can has Porterhouse?

~A Beautiful Marbled Ribeye~

Ribeye is usually my favorite

Porterhouse!

I prefer ribeye most of the time.

Mmmm....ribeye.

filet mignon

I love a good porterhouse!

My favorite is beef tenderloin!

filet, all the way...

Porterhouse ftw.

Flat iron steak, or ribeye cap...

Delicious, delicious NY strip, with the fat charred and sweetened by a little bit of Worcestershire.

This week its whatever's on sale- so sad!

porterhouse, extra fat!

Nothing more than a rib eye, though Dad is working pretty hard to convert me to the filet mignon.

Porterhouse is the best.

bone-in ribeye

Why am I limited to only one favorite cut of steak?

I shall say filet mignon. Porterhouse is also nice.

New York Strip

txhottie_86 at yahoo dot com

The oh so glorious ribeye

Porterhouse is #1, but I like all cuts of steak, just have to cook them differently. Haven't had any in a long time and I sure would love to taste a great steak again!

Porterhouse because it's two in one!

didn't I do this already? No matter, my answer hasn't changed...Porterhouse if I'm splurging, hanger if I'm being economical!

I'm kind of partial to filets, but my husband loves NY strip, so porterhouse is the best of both worlds.

Prime rib would be my first choice followed closely by a ribeye.

New York Strip is my favorite!

I love a rib eye. Thanks for the contest.

Ribeye is my favorite cut. Yummy.

filet mignon

Ribeye is my favorite.

My favorite steak is the old cut of sirloin with the piece of tenderloin in it!

Ribeye or Porterhouse if I'm not thinking about the calories, Filet Mignon if I am.

Always a filet, but a local restaurant prepares a peppercorn tenderloin that is phenomenal.

Porterhouse of T-bone. Bring it.

prime rib is my favorite.

New York Strip nice and rare....

at the end of the day, there is no bad cut of steak, but whenever i have a choice, ribeye has never disappointed me

Porterhouse of course.

Free!

Oh, I mean usually ribeye, but I don't think I've ever met a steak I didn't like.

Filet mignon for me, but my hubby he likes T-bones.

Prime Rib for me.

I love a good ribeye and/or filet.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PORTERHOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love bone-in rib eye. It's for the real steak eaters.

It has to be a T-bone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

rib eye most of the time. =)

Haha, @ dbcurrie...loved your answer..the first one, I mean.

Kind of a "taste great vs less filling" argument here but I'll go with Porterhouse!

Strip steaks for me!

A Porterhouse, cooked medium with onions and peppers!

filet, ribeye, or strip.

Porterhouse.

Filet mignon for me!

Porterhouse, medium rare.

Sirloin!, medium well, thank you.

oooh i am so glad you are giving more away!

filet mignon.

Ribeye for me.

another vote for ribeye!

Whatever piece of whole steak happens to be on my plate. I say whole steak because my roommates prefer eating burgers that lose nearly 200% of their size while cooking and come in packages of fifty for only $10. I also prefer a well seasoned medium New York Strip.

My favorite steak is in the freezer awaiting Christmas day. We will have filed mignon and lobster tails. Aren't you jealous?

Portherhouse, for sure!

filet mignon

Filet mignon or porterhouse. Is tenderloin a cut? Who cares! Who can afford prime beef these days!

The Delmonico or Spencer steak, dry-aged, rare.

Perfection.

Kansas City--It's like a New York Strip Steak, but with the bone left on.

Filet Mignon. Like butter in my mouth.

Ribeye. (A little butter never hurt.)

Filet is my favorite!

Porterhouse Steak is my fav.

I am very fond of rib eyes, but have never turned down a filet mignon! Yum!

I enjoy a nice filet mignon

Filet is the best!

New York strip.

Ribeye....is there any other steak?

Have to say I'm a NY strip steak guy myself

Going out: Ribeye
Eating in: A cheap cut like chuck steak/roast, marinated, seared on the grill, then bbq'd low 'n slow until just barely medium rare. Slice thin and serve appropriately in acordance with the marinade seasonings. Can be adapted for anything.

Filet mignon, with a little bearnaise.

New York Strip

I'm not particular but love most of all prime rib.

If I'm buying flank or skirt steak anyday...if someone else is buying filet mignon sounds mighty nice.

no doubt its the filet mignon

Ribeye. Please Santa, send me some Peter Luger.

My favorite cut of meat is the filet mignon, but the bf loves the porthouse cut.

I am partial to t-bone.

As much as I love a porterhouse I have a real hankering for a well-marbled New York strip about an inch and a half thick with a nice strip of fat around the edge; preferably grilled but a super hot broiler will work in a pinch. Rubbed with a freshly-crushed clove of garlic, some salt and pepper. A sharp knife and a long-tined fork. I am sooooo hungry right now.

I like steak a lot, but my favorite cut is a petite filet mignon (no bacon necessary).

I prefer a ribeye, but the porterhouse is a close second.

Porterhouse for sure

Porterhouse, my husband's favorite NY strip.

still the tomahawk chop... please can i have them? i'm starving!!

porterhouse!

ribeye...yum

Without a doubt, it's Porterhouse!

I would have to say Ribeye. But a nice T-bone is also a big hit for me.

Porterhouse: the marriage of the filet and the strip, with that naughty oyster perched atop the bone.

porterhouse, the best of both worlds

Filet Mignon - I'm not a big fan of fat.

I love a good aged porterhouse.

Oh my. Filet Mignon, please!

Are you kidding? Filet Mignon!

There is noting better than a good thick juicy NY strip steak with Peter Luger steak sauce. Yummmmmmmmmmm

Porterhouse has always been my favorite but I find I often end up ordering the strip.

porterhouse all the way

ribeye--definitely ribeye.

bone in ribeye..rocks!

the luger porterhouse, with spoonfuls of juice ladeled over it

T-bone suits me to a tee. But the house says Porterhouse !

Filet Mignon

Porterhouse is my personal fav! Thanks for the delicious giveaway!

Filet Mignon - MR

rrrrrrribeye.

For the price - Flatiron!

my fave cut of steak is fillet. its so tender and juicy

My favorite steak is filet mignon.

Filet Medium Rare.

The Porterhouse does it for me...

Porterhouse of course!

New York Strip, but right now just about any kind sounds yummy to me. Thanks for the opportunity!

Ribeye or hanger. Drool.

For me, it's prime rib, hands down. Oh sooooo gooood!!!!

Delmonico - Medium - bring it on. :P

my house is a porterhouse!

Porterhouse for me too.

My favorite is definitely a t-bone. It has to be big and juicy, with a little bit of crunch from the bbq.

Bone-in ribeye.

The skirt is the way to go.

filet mignon

filet -- YUMMMMM

I'll have a ribeye, please!

I love a Tenderloin, medium rare. Slightly seasoned with sauce bearnaise. Two just go together. I used to impress girls while dating. Not only did I get my meat, but I got to eat it too!

new york strip, but porterhouse sound very good

Porterhouse

I really love beef, all different cuts. I really think it's about the quality of the meat that you start with, how you prepare it, cooking it just right and then letting it rest for at least 3-5 minutes. If I have to pick what I like best, I'd stay its a draw between ribeye, porterhouse and sirloin.

I love t-bone, but the filet side is my favorite! Porterhouse and New York Strip are also favorites. There's not a whole lot of steak I don't like :)

I love Porterhouse.

Ribeye is my favorite. YUM!!!!

NY Strip or Filet

My favorite cut is porterhouse
strimble_25@comcast.net

Porterhouse! YUM.

my absolute favorite is chorasco- or skirt steak- it is the only meat that no seasoning is necessary- just throw it on the grill, and taste the most delicious meat ever- its sorta pricey, so we only get it on special occasions, but mmmmmm we love it!!

ny strip but I won't turn down any kind of steak haha!

Ribeye, with lots of crushed black peppercorns

Filet Mignon is definately my favorite.

new york strip!

New York Strip

well i would have to be stupid to say anything other than porterhouse.
but i do love porterhouse

hands down, or hooves down, it is the porterhouse!

If done right I love a huge prime rib, but they are hard to find just right, generally I prefer the Filet. Its hard to chose since they're all soooo good.

A 2'" Ribeye! Grilled rare with garlic butter on top!

hard to decide, but going with porterhouse...

I'm a filet man, but I ate at Peter Luger's about five years ago and it put the filets to shame.

Rib-eye or porterhouse - dry aged. Served RARE!

I love Ribeye!! So does my husband!!

filet mignon baby.

I prefer ribeye or tenderloin filet

When I can afford it, filet!

ribeye, Ribeye, RIBEYE.

porterhouse

New York Strip

filet mignon yes please.

Yum. Love red meat, any kind, medium rare to rare.

portly house

porterhouse rare

Sirloin or NY Strip

skirt by far, screw filet!

Ribeye is my favorite, but any beef is better that whatever meat is next on the list!

Ribeye is my favorite, but porterhouse comes in a close second!

Porterhouse!!

fillet minion

porterhouse if its the entree, but a perfectly cooked and tender flank in a sandwich please!

porterhouse, again

I love Rib Steaks, can never get enough of them.

In general, a ribeye.

But in the hands of a master? Onglet

It matters not what kind of steak,
They all taste so good to me
So give me what ever you want to
And I will say "thanks" to thee.

Rib-eyes! Rib-eyes! and Rib-eyes!

ribeye~! cooked medium, please!

I like the Porterhouse, seriously, but I've only had them a couple of times because they're more expensive. We typically get sirloin when we dine out, whatever's cheapest at the grocery store.

Porterhouse, baby! But really, who am I to turn down most any cut of steak??

ribeye and filet mignon

porterhouse!!!

I like a Club Steak.

Porterhouse or filet. Pretty much steak...

Any of it that is made of beef.

Yummm.

Filet mignon for me!

I love ribeyes! Thanks!

porterhouse definitely!

Prime Rib for me!!

Porterhouse!

Filet mignon!

Gonna go with ribeye, though it's a rare treat.

marbled Ribeye, medium rare

rib-eye, skirtsteak...others, too

Ribeye cooked by my husband. Haven't been able to afford any steak lately with food prices so high!

Hurray for Ribeye!!

Definitely Porterhouse!

Porterhouse. Bloody, with just enough heat to kill the bacteria.

Filet Mignon

New York strip

I would fear being repetitive but it is certainly the porterhouse, the combination of great meat flavor, and tender juiciness in one package is too much to pass up. Dry aging just brings it to perfection but that stands for any cut of meat!

Filet Mignon is my pick!

Love a nicely grilled Ribeye!

My husband would be nice and say he prefers the Sirloin steaks that I make due to the way I marinate and fix them. We would love to eat your Porterhouse steaks instead though, we just can't afford them on our own.

Filet Mignon is my fave, visions of surf and turf dance through my head.....

Ribeye, medium rare! (But, if money were no option, I'd love a porterhouse.) I love the Travel Channel's show, "Steak Paradise" where they show the porterhouse steaks being made at Peter Luger's. Makes me drool each time I see the sizzle. I want to go there before I die.

new york strip... medium. delicious.

Mmmm, a ribeye next to a NY strip...

Growing up it was a juicy T-bone but now I have to say Porterhouse.

(Excuse me while I wipe the drool off of my keyboard.....)

without a doubt very rare prime rib

portherhouse....no contest.....from Luger's

Filet Mignon is my favorite.
Thanks for the juicy giveaway.

Ribeye, one inch thick, center hot and still pink.

New York strip. Cooked Pittsburgh style!

porterhouse

ribeye, from peter luger.

Didn't we do this one already? I'll go with a chile rubbed ribeye this time with NM Dixon as the base powder.

Your Mom!

I mean Ribeye! Never had a porterhouse!

bone-in ribeye!

I love a good porterhouse...rare...oh yes...

Porterhouse

I'll have to go Ribeye but the way our local butcher has been cutting our NY Strips of late I may be converted.

filet mignon

We lived in Caracas for 2 years and at the local meat market I would ask for lomo something. It was a strip of meat across the shoulders about 2 feet long. I would take it home and slice it into 1 inch rounds and cook it like steaks.

I like a good New York but my husband loves a Porterhouse, fab giveaway!

T-Bone but over charcoal

Nice rare porterhouse, It actually makes two steaks for me, a juicy T-bone and a delish ribeye.

Ribeye is my favorite. Thanks for the giveaway!

I like filet mignon, bacon wrapped, of course...and make that a petite, please. Thank you.

Definitely take the skirt.

Definitely take the skirt.

Porterhouse with a good bottle of wine

A nice big delmonico grilled by me!

Porterhouse or just the Filet Mignon.

SKIRT STEAK cause i caqn use it so many ways

Ribeye if it has good marbling.

I have to go with Filet Mignon; second would be a ribeye.

If I could afford it, filet mignon would be my favorite. But I will say ribeyes are my current favorite.

Filet Mignon; second would be...all the rest!

I like filet mignon the best.

I do love a ribeye... but how about onglet? Sure, it looks a little strange, but oh gawd the flavor and the price is right.

I would have to say flank steak on the grill!!! YUMM

I love a good New York strip but porterhouse comes in really close.

A hanger steak done just right with some pomme frites

Always a fan of the Ribeye, but for value, hanger is a great choice

Porterhouse, Filet Mignon, Sirloin......I love it all.

It's been so long-but make mine Porterhouse!

a Delmonico or porterhouse..both favorites...

Porterhouse!!!

Porterhouse!

Skirt steak! Its so delicious with a great flavor and meaty juiciness. Unfortunately, now that it has become a popular cut its price has shot up at the butchers. :-(

Porterhouse all the way!

Hanger Steak, marinated and cooked on a charcoal grill!

Well, I am not a big steak fan. If I have a favorite it would be filet mignon. I want to win this for my husband and son who are steak lovers.

Bone in rib eye!!!!!

Rib eye. It cooks on the grill so nicely, never gets tough. Also it goes so well with the flavor of fresh garlic which I tuck into it before cooking. Just a few grains of salt, a spray of freshly ground black pepper and you have food for the gods.

It would have to be New York Strip or Porterhouse; it's a toss up. Never had Prime beef, can't imagine how it must taste.

Rib eye or any that is dry aged.

zomg, porterhouse!!!

My favorite is filet - but, my husband loves his porterhouse. Thanks for this chance.

filet mignon, rare

porterhouse all the way home!

Filet Mignon!

Filet Mignon

porterhouse - you get all the good stuff!

i really like a well made flank steak.

Definitely porterhouse

Filet mignon for me!

I love ribeye!!!

I love a nice T-bone steak!

A rare ribeye always works for me.

Grilled Ribeye hands down!

A nice medium rare rib eye!!!

I love a med rare bone-in rib eye steak with salt only. Unfortunately I'm on a low cholesterol diet and a leaner cut would be my new choice.

Tenderloin, smoked, the tips cut up and served as appetizers with homemade teriyaki sauce and the rest sliced and served medium rare!

ribeye all the way

Who's House? Porterhouse. I said who's House? Porterhouse.

Not really a steak, but it is for me. Single bone cut of prime rib from Bud's Meats in Penngrove. Already dry aged, but stick it in the humidor for another two weeks (gave up the cigars) and broil. That is serious yum folks.

Definitely Prime Rib, Definitely.

Porterhouse!

Filet, please!

Porterhouse -- best of both worlds.

Rib Eye is my favorite....especially the fat part of it...YUMMY!

Ribeye, baby!

A nice thick ribeye, seared and then brushed with a little butter and roasted in the oven. OMG, with creamed spinach and broiled mushrooms....

Porterhouse or marinated flank steak.

T-Bone, there is nothing like chewing on the bone at the end of the meal.

New York Strip, once again.

Ya know...even with everything I learned in culinary school and years of cooking - I always go with a new york steak. I want one now...MMMM

Ribeye is great!

New York Strip, for me. Yum!

My favorite cut is a New York strip! Thanks for the giveaway!

An aged rib steak with bone. Fact is, any steak, as long as it still has its bone, tastes great!

I have loved filet mignon ever since I was a little girl! Thanks for the opportunity and HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!

Porterhouse Rules.

Yes, another ribeye vote here!

I like a prime top sirloin wrapped in bacon

My favorite is a porterhouse for Four people. Flash sauteed in butter then broiled QUICKLY in it's own fat and butter. I like it bloody as heck. And afterwards I sop up the fat with bread.

Ribeye. om nom nom!

Any cut of steak is good to me. I just LOOOOVE beef! If I had to choose one as my favorite, I guess I would have to say "Porterhouse". I haven't had it in a long time. If I win, then "Merry Christmas to Me"!!!!

I heart Filet Mignon!

Filet Mignon for me!

Without a doubt.....Porterhouse! The best of both worlds, with it's NY Strip on one side and Filet on the other. A close second is the Delmonico.

love aged ribeye, but I have a soft spot for hanger steak as well.

Absolutely the Porterhouse!

Bone in Ribeye!! King of steaks

Prime, dry-aged NY Strip, Porterhouse, Ribeye, Hanger, Skirt. So many steaks - so little time...

porterhouse for 2

Definetly Porterhouse ~~ Yum

New York Strip is my favorite -- about 1" thick, preferably.

All cuts, when properly cooked, are delicious. And the Jaccard is a useful tool for tenderizing even the toughest cuts.
