Grocery Eats Goes Off on Popeyes Chicken Biscuit

SergDun of Grocery Eats completely goes off on the new Popeyes chicken biscuit sandwich. Warning: He curses up a storm in this post, so it's NSFW (if you have prying eyes reading your screen) and not suitable for delicate sensibilities.

I know I'm not much better because I f****** paid them to do it but still this is a waste. Yeah it’s good but they are charging you a service that could be completed with a plastic knife.

I think it actually looks pretty good. Popeyes has great fried chicken and great biscuits. What's not to love? (Unless, of course, there's a mark-up for the assembly.)

It's more harping on stupid lazy people who wouldn't buy chicken and biscuits, but will buy chicken in a biscuit.

I suppose it's just like complaining about people who refuse to buy chicken that has bones (so we get all these chicken strip type things).

If you don't like it, don't buy it. No need to swear; just say no.

It's fried and delicious. What's not to love?

I had a chicken biscuit (it was only $1.99, I figured it was a bargain). Unfortunately, I discovered I could probably eat 3 and still have room for dessert. Mind you it was extremely tasty.

ROFL I love that entry. I pictured him talking like Cartman when I read that. :P Thanks for sharing - got the site bookmarked. He has that same flair as me and my husband when we're ranting. There's a restaurant blog in Hawaii that's similar to this that I frequently visited, but she stopped posting a few months back. :( It was hilarious.

Sounds like he has anger management issues. May I suggest prozac and a biscuit?

That..was....retarded.

Okay, I see this everywhere and I know I sound stupid, but what does NSFW stand for? Is it Not Suitable for Work?

@Cebca: Yes. "Not Safe for Work."
