Happy Thanksgiving, Serious Eaters
While the Serious Eats crew has been tirelessly toiling to bring you all the seriously delicious, entertaining, and newsworthy Thanksgiving morsels (it's actually been way more fun than toil) we could come up with, we wanted to take this opportunity to take a minute to wish each and every serious eater a happy Thanksgiving.
May your Turkey Day be filled with lots of seriously delicious food, good wine, and the sounds of friends and family enjoying each others' company.
Here at Serious Eats HQ we have lots to give thanks for: a fantastic, supportive community of serious eaters; the opportunity to share our discoveries with all of you; and the chance to eavesdrop and participate in the most passionate, discerning, and inclusive food conversations on the web.

Turkey's in the oven. And a pause to wish all of you and yours a happy holiday (I realize most of you are far ahead of me), and the best leftover feasting ever! I'm grateful for this site for so many reasons: the knowledge, the opinions, the joy of cooking and eating so freely shared, the hymor, the entertainment. Cheers!

I love this site--it kept me sane those last agonizing few weeks before my son was born and it's kept me entertained and informed ever since! It's one of the many things I'm thankful for this year. Cheers!

Happy Thanksgiving to all the serious eaters I've come to know and love, and the dedicated team who bring us all together to share our common passion. This is also my first foray into cyberland and I think I was incredibly lucky to stumble upon the best website and best community on the www.
