Mexico — One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless: "Paste Sensations." Rick has aromatic pastes for Short Ribs Kabik, Grilled Chicken in Escabeche & pavo en relleno negro. 4:30 p.m. ET, PBS

Cook's Country From America's Test Kitchen: "Regional Chops." Double-thick pork chops are grilled up and Tennessee Whiskey-Glazed Pork Chops are prepared. 5 p.m. ET, PBS

Lidia's Italy: "The Lamb of the Land." Visit Lidia's vineyards in Friuli and learn the tricks of the trade to making perfectly roasted lamb shoulder paired with Montasio cheese crisps with Swiss chard or fricos (cooked Parmesan cheese). (repeat) 5:30 p.m. ET, PBS
