Re Coca Cola story: Oh, please. I used to work in a home for unwed mothers back in the day, and I've heard all the stories. (And there were a LOT of them, many involving Coke as well as Pepsi.) Next thing you know someone will be repeating the nonsense about Saran Wrap being an adequate substitute for ... uh, male contraceptive devices.,

"The Testicle Cookbook".
I predict this will become a best seller among angry wives/girlfriends everywhere.

I was at the awards last night, it was actually awarded to two groups of scientists, one who proved, as you said, that Coca Cola was an effective contraceptive, and the other group, who proved the opposite.

@paulygmex -- Hmmmm... ok, interesting.
Is there a hidden meaning in one of those photos that somehow relates to contraception or cooking with testicles?

I believe that Diet Coke and Coca-cola have spermicidal properties. But a friend who loves SNOPES sent me this after I told her about Raphael's post:

And this shows that the researchers who won the Ig Noble stated that they wouldn't advise that anyone use coke as birth control.
Moral of the story: Keep Coke products away from your fun stuff, ladies and gents.
