Nachos Ambassador Carmen Rocha Dies at 77
When Carmen Rocha moved to Los Angeles from San Antonio in 1959, she brought nachos with her. A waitress at El Cholo Mexican restaurant for many years, Rocha will be missed, but her legend lives on in every bite of cheesy chip.
