Bullet-Shape Ice Cube Tray Makes AK-47 Ice Ammo

Or, 'They'll Pry My Drink from My Cold Dead Hands'

20081008-icebulletz.jpg

You know that detective-show trope where someone gets stabbed with a knife made of ice? And how it melts before the forensics team shows up? But they figure it out anyway from the watery nature of the blood or the trace amount of water-borne elements found at the scene?

Well, this ice-bullet-making ice tray ups the ante. Now TV killers have a whole new M.O. The ice ammo resembles bullets from an AK-47.

Not that you could actually fire one of these from an assault rifle, as Mythbusters proved in its first episode. $13.95, from findmeagift.com [via Uber Review]

Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "ice 'im".

It'd be good in a shot of something.

"This drink is number one ... with a bullet."

"A round for everyone!"

Oh yeah, I could go on ...

It's a shame that you don't really put ice cubes in Pabst.

Goes great with a shot of....anything, really.

It's on my to have list...

i dig it! it'd be fun to have a james bond party with those.

I wonder if these were in the punchbowl at the Republican National Convention?

These would be great in drinks at a Murder Mystery Dinner.

"No hon, I don't think they're pointless! Hollowpointless, maybe ..."

Of course, you need one of these as the table's centerpiece.

Well, there was that frozen beef bullet in Season 2 of CSI.

@LPC ~ Your quick wit is on fire today!

Shootin' helpless, beautiful wolves from a helicopter immediately came to mind.

I want to know how the ice cubes come out so clear and have no white spots.

I second F.I.B.'s comment - how do I get my own bullet ice cubes to look so nice?

Use filtered water…boil and let cool…than boil again.

That’s it!
