Oh man, that is AWESOME. It reminds me of my childhood, growing up waaay out there in the Philippines. We'd wait breathlessly for the ice cream dude to swing by with ube, corn & cheese, or pseudo-chocolate flavors that he would spoon on sweet, sweet hotdog rolls. AWESOME.

This would be delicious! A fresh brioche cradling creamy gelati, far superior to the wretched soggy, crunchy beige blandness of the usual cone...
