Just to clarify, the article is talking about the price of school lunches rising by about 25 cents each, not that schools are charging 25 cents for a serving of milk.

Hehe, when I was in high school, it was 25 cents for an extra pint of milk. The standard lunch+milk was 45 cents (1987).
