It seems as that Jamie at Home isn't going to be back on tv until October. So in it's place I think I'm going to have Easy Entertaining With Michael Chiarello (Saturday 7 a.m. ET), and Tyler's Ultimate (Saturday, 9 a.m. ET, and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. ET).

Easy Entertaining With Michael Chiarello: "Dessert Party." Michael bakes some sweets for a party. 7 a.m. ET, Food Network

Tyler's Ultimate: "Ultimate Cioppino." Tyler makes cioppino, a seafood stew. 9 a.m. ET, Food Network

Ask Aida (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Catch of the Day." Aida makes fried cod bites with yam fries and spicy mayo; brown butter-sauteed tilapia with pistachios. 12:30 p.m. ET, Food Network

Paula's Party : "Deep Fried NY Party." I know many of your don't like Paula Deen's shows but this episode she deep fries a bagel and cannolis. Surely that's something weird enough to check out. 7 p.m. ET, Food Network

Tyler's Ultimate: "Ultimate Short Ribs." Tyler makes beef short ribs and apple tarte tatin. 8:30 a.m. ET, Food Network

Grill It! With Bobby Flay: "Red Snapper." There'll be jerk red snapper and island salsa, hibiscus and rum cocktail, and charred corn-jalapeno pesto sauce and grilled limes. 9 a.m. ET, Food Network

Big Daddy's House (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "Keep Me in Bed." Aaron is preparing breakfast with "Super Stuffed French Toast", "Eggscellent Bean and Beef Burrito'', "Get Ya Goin' Grits'', and "Big Daddy Parfait." It seems as though he has these unique names for most/all of his dishes. 1:30 p.m. ET, Food Network

Primal Grill With Steven Raichlen: "Vegetarians at the Grill." Steven offers vegetarian options for the grill with grilled pepper salad topped with currants, paella with grilled vegetables, and fire-roasted apples stuffed with cream cheese. 3:30 p.m. ET, PBS

Hubert Keller: Secrets of a Chef: "Salutes to Salmon." On this episode it's salmon baked in tender corn pancake, watercress sauce artichoke heart, and salmon and sea scallop salad. 4 p.m. ET, PBS

Mexico: One Plate at a Time With Rick Bayless: "Eat, Drink and Be Merida." Rick Bayless gives us a look through a market in Merida, Mexico and examines the relationship between Mayan traditions have with Spanish influences. 4:30 p.m. ET, PBS

America's Test Kitchen From Cook's Illustrated: "Pizza Party." They're setting out to develop a better-than-takeout pizza with a recipe for pepperoni pan pizza. They also make antipasto pasta salad, taste test frozen pizza, and check out toaster ovens. 5 p.m. ET, PBS

Lidia's Italy: "Istrian Seafood Mix." After exploring Trieste, Lidia makes asparagus and rice soup, Istrian mixed seafood stew, and quince soup. 5:30 p.m. ET, PBS
