Duff Goldman, star of Food Network's Ace of Cakes and head baker at Baltimore's Charm City Cakes, can now add "immortalized as an action figure" to his list of accomplishments. This isn't your run-of-the-mill action figure modeled after a baker—Duff's accessories include "two of the shop’s signature cakes, a drill-powered mixer, a chainsaw, wooden spoon, spatula, guitar and flame-thrower!" The action figure made by Diamond Select Toys will be available through Charm City Cakes this fall. [via Food Network Addict]

Oh, but go Duff!

How many people get an action figure of themselves?

It's totally in my face! To the extreme!!!

haha, striking resemblance. i love ace of cakes, but seriously, duff is the worst reality tv personality ever. the dude was just not made for television.

thank god it's a silent d-bag toy.

I WANT THIS!!!!! I miss ace of cakes it is the only show i miss now that i don't have food network. I love this show and seeing what they make. I seem to be in the minority thou.

you know, this is the one FN show I can't sit through. And these days, that's saying a lot. When it comes on, I change the channel. I call it "The Icing Show". Sorry.

My wife and I don't consider it a "cooking show," but we do enjoy it the odd times we watch it. It's the only reality show (or at least one of the very few) that shows a healthy work environment. They work together well, have fun and genuinely seem to want to be there. Refreshing compared to "American Chopper" and the like.

My wife watches this show and has a Season Pass for it on TiVo. I always thought it was lame until I got to the summer TV doldrums and started watching it out of desperation. Now I still think it's stupid, but it's also oddly compelling for some reason...

I love all things baking and adore the rock and roll Duff and his staff of outrageous cake artists. 3D art in cake is amazing but it is art. If you ever read Duff's website for his shop you can see what a jaded bunch they are there at Charm city. Don't come here, we don't want to see you, just come and pay for your cake and leave quickly... I laugh when I read it. Watch my show, buy my doll, but stay away. It is a riot, that guy is a genius!

Those of us who dabble in cake decorating happen to love this show, I have learned a lot about decorating by just watching it....I have made specialty cakes like a computer cake, hot dog cake, BLT cake, pizza cake, and normal cakes like wedding, anniversary and birthday cakes and I give them a lot of credit because it takes a lot of time and patience to be able to put together and carve out a cake in a certain shape....they are very talented people no matter what you may think of them, you can't take that away from them..I am a very big fan of Duff and the show, I have the little Duff figurine, plus 2 hats, a t-shirt and a hoodie from his Merchandise on line store.....I also have an autographed card from Duff because I sent him pictures of some of my cakes......plus he is a spiting image of my 23 year old son, they could pass as twins....and i tape every episode....its like all the other shows on Food Network, some you like some you don't, I happen to love Ace of Cakes.
