Secrets of a Restaurant Chef (warning, a video plays automatically on site): "The Secret to Grilled Pork Chops." Learn how to make moist pork chops, silky-smooth polenta, and crunchy sautéed greens. 9:30 a.m. ET, Food Network

Paula's Best Dishes: "Chocolate Cures." Paula makes chocolate pizza! The recipe is from Max Brenner of Chocolate by the Bald Man. Oh, and there's also fudge candy and hot chocolate. 12:30 a.m. ET, Food Network

Primal Grill With Steven Raichlen: "Smoke Screen." Kansas City-style spare ribs with spicy apple BBQ sauce, turkey pastrami on rye bread, and smoked salmon are made in a traditional offset barrel smoker. 3:30 p.m. ET, PBS

Sara's Weeknight Meals: "Breakfast for Dinner." Some breakfast dishes for dinner: egg, Canadian bacon and cheddar biscuit sandwiches, eggs baked in ham cups with sofrito, and green chile and zucchini quiche. (repeat) 6 p.m. ET, PBS
