Saturday (June 7)

Jamie at Home: "Onions." Jamie pulls up his first onions of the year from his garden and makes a cheese and onion salad. He also uses red onions for an onion and potato al forno with roast pork and makes an English onion and leek soup with cheddar cheese. 9:30 a.m. ET, Food Network

Shopping with Chefs: "Fridges & Ranges, Chile Peppers, Asian, Herbs & Spices." The chefs go shopping for ranges, fridges, produce, fresh herbs and a spice rack. They'll also check out chile peppers and sample Asian cooking from guest Chef Jet Tila. 2 p.m. ET, Fine Living Network

Sunday (June 8)

The Essence of Emeril: "Quick and Easy Hors d'Ouevres for a Party." Turkey meatballs with minted yogurt dipping sauce; a deep dish pizza with mascarpone, crispy ham, and pesto; and Ciliegine and tomato bites with kalamata olive drizzle and fresh basil. 8 a.m. ET, Food Network

Iron Chef America: "Flay vs. Samuelsson." Merkato55's Chef Marcus Samuelsson challenges Iron Chef Bobby Flay. 9 p.m. ET, Food Network

The Next Food Network Star: "Star on the Go." Robert Irvine makes a guest appearance to test their food knowledge as they team up and race around Manhattan. Then the teams must serve an original brunch menu on a moving train. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network
