simon, that is a superfabulous idea. I'm not a baker, but I love making pizza dough, so I will definitely have to take a shot at mini-pizza-jars!

I thought I had little containers up in the rafters of my pantry, but alas no, so I used a mini muffin tin instead. Worked like a charm and kept me from eating more than three bites, which was really just enough.
