Chef David Chang appears on Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie to talk about good fast food, and then Chang appears on The Best Recipes in the World With Mark Bittman to share a pork recipe. Everyday Baking From Everyday Food is all about cupcakes and Lidia's Italy focuses on boar. Sunday, 4–6 p.m. PBS

Jamie at Home: "Peas and Broad Beans." Jamie uses fresh peas and broad beans from his garden for spiced broad bean fritters and peas for a spaghetti and meatball dish. 9:30 a.m. ET, Food Network

The Essence of Emeril: "International Finger Foods." Sampling finger foods from around the world. 8 a.m. ET, Food Network

Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie: "Fine Fast Food." This episode they'll visit chefs from around the world who make quality fast food. In New York City they visit Chef David Chang; in Florence, Italy, they learn from a vendor of tripe sandwiches; and in Hong Kong they check out a local wonton noodle shop whose fans say is perfect. 4 p.m. ET, PBS

Everyday Baking From Everyday Food: "The Best Cupcakes." This episode is filled with cupcakes! There are cream-filled chocolate cupcakes, glazed lemon cakes, carrot cupcakes, and buttercream cupcakes. 4:30 p.m. ET, PBS

The Best Recipes in the World With Mark Bittman: "Pure Porcine Pleasures II." This episode Mark Bittman tours a pig farm in Tuscany, Italy, and talks about a more humane way of raising pigs. While in Italy, he also checks out Italian hams and salamis. The episode features David Chang and his Bo Ssam recipe, and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson and his Stufado with Pork Belly recipe. Lidia's Italy: "What a Boar." Fillet of wild boar with prune and applesauce, and chickpea and porcini mushroom soup. 5:30 p.m. ET, PBS

Iron Chef America: "Symon vs. Bloomfield." New York City's Chef April Bloomfield takes on the newest Iron Chef, The Next Iron Chef winner Michael Symon. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

The Next Food Network Star: "You... In a Jar." The contestants have to prepare a potato dish that represents their culinary styles. Then they'll have to present what they've made in front of a camera. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network
