Lettuce Eat at Pun Restaurants Only

Clockwise from top left: Peking Inn; A Salt & Battery Fish and Chips; Just Falafs; Lox, Stock and Bagel. From Best Week Ever.
Washington D.C. hosts a respectable amount of pun-inspired restaurants, especially in the Thai food domain. Thaiphoon, Mai Thai, TenPenh (located on 10th Street and Penn. Avenue), and Leo DiCaprio's favorite tom yum soup source, Thai Tanic.
But they have to compete against Thai Me Up, EnThaiSing and other non-Thai restaurants on the Best Week Ever's list of 50 Best Pun Stores. One of my favorites, The Grill from Ipanema, somehow didn't make the cut.

This reminds me of Rock and Sole Plaice (a fish-and-chips shop) in London.

One of my favorite restaurants in Chicago, up near the Devon Ave. restaurant strip is the Tin Lung.
