NOMTVWith all the channels on broadcast TV and cable—and the inevitable episode repeats—it's hard to sort out what's new or worthwhile. Let us sort it out for you so you don't miss anything worth watching. Times may vary with region; check your local listings for exact hour and channels.

Recommended shows: It's the season finale of Last Restaurant Standing Tuesday night on BBC America. Raymond takes the finalists to his hometown of Besançon, France where they'll have less than 48 hours to open their own restaurant for one night to introduce British cuisine to the French people there. 9 p.m. ET, BBC America

Monday (May 12)

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: "American Classics." Guy Fieri visits a 60 year old Pennsylvania diner transplanted to South Beach, Florida; a drive-in in Topeka, Kansas; and the oldest restaurant, a classic southern tea room, in Memphis, Tennessee. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network

Tuesday (May 13)

Martha Stewart Show: Everyday Food's Sarah Carey is on to make roasted salmon salad and Mark Bittman is featuring two recipes, tomato cobbler and shaved artichoke salad. A bit of a warning though, Joan Rivers is on as well. 1 p.m. ET, NBC and 8 p.m. ET, Fine Living Network

Last Restaurant Standing: Episode 15. It's the last episode this season where Raymond will decide which couple will become his partners and open their own restaurant with his financial support. 9 p.m. ET, BBC America

Hell's Kitchen: Chef Ramsay conducts a blindfold taste-test challenge to see who can distinguish pork from chicken, and potatoes from polenta. 9 p.m. ET, FOX

Wednesday (May 14)

The Today Show: Mark Bittman is a guest on a segment where he'll prepare stuffed chicken breast. 7 a.m. ET, NBC

Top Chef: "Serve and Protect." The chefs are tasked with reinventing and modernizing the salad. They also have to recreate an unhealthy dish into something healthier with Top Chef season 2 culinary contestant Sam Talbot overseeing their progress. 10 p.m. ET, Bravo
