In Videos: Samuel L. Jackson Beer Parody Commercial from 'The Dave Chappelle Show'

videos-samjacksonbeer.jpg

Oh, if only Samuel L. Jackson-branded beer were a reality. Each sip would be an intense hit of fermented starch and Samuel L. Jackson screaming obscenities in your ear. The fun would never end!

This parody commercial from The Dave Chappelle Show spoofs an old Samuel Adams commercial. I'm unable to find it online, but Chappelle's version is probably more entertaining anyway.

Watch the commercial, after the jump.

Actually...

When "Snakes on a Plane" came out, the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin (famous for being a dine-in theater and doing special events for big movies) sold Samuel L. Jackson Boston Lager. It was basically a local micro-brew with a custom label on it. The label wasn't like the one on the Chapelle Show - it looked more like a Samuel Adams label with a few of the lines replaced with choice phrases. I snuck one out of the theater and had it on proud display in my apartment... until an overzealous apartment guest accidentally threw it out while helping me clean after a dinner party.

@jychuah: Cool, I didn't know that! Too bad your bottle got thrown out though. Next time, you need to put something like that in its own special display case. :D

We quote this commercial all the time in the kitchen... too much fun
