Intercollegiate Meat Judging: Determining the Meat Experts of the Future

Posted by Robyn Lee, March 14, 2008

racksofbeef.jpgIt's not as popular as football, but it's just as competitive—the Wall Street Journal profiles the 82 year-old world of intercollegiate meat judging. This year, about 40 colleges will compete in six competitions, leading up to a final competition in November in Dakota City, Nebraska. What do students do at these competitions?
