Fascinating, talented, funny guy. Love his shows, his books, his honesty. The Billy Joel bit was hilarious.

Thanks for posting that, I love Anthony Bourdain and I'm glad he's on Travel Channel now as opposed to Food Network, seems like he has more autonomy to be his frank self.
