Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie: "Baja: The New Provence." This episode takes place in the Baja penninsula, south of California in Mexico. There you'll meet a chef that uses fresh herbs, vegetables, and seafood at his restaurant. They also visit a wine school and a French chef that runs a five-diamond resort restaurant. 4 p.m. ET, PBS
The Best Recipes in the World With Mark Bittman of the New York Times: "Rice With Things." In a repeat of the first episode of the show, Mark Bittman, checks out seafood paella, Valencia's art nouveau market, Spain's rice-growing region, and risotto with asparagus. 5 p.m. ET, PBS
Lidia's Italy: "Bigoli Just for Me." Lidia serves a bowl of pasta filled with hearty chicken livers and for dessert makes a limoncello tiramisu. She also visits Veneto, where tiramisu was born. 5:30 p.m. ET, PBS
Iron Chef America: "Morimoto vs. Cole." Specializing in sushi and Japanese cuisine, Chef Tyson Cole challenges his idol Masaharu Morimoto. 10 p.m. ET, Food Network
