I'm so thrilled that everything went well! This comes as quite a relief and I can finally stop loosing sleep.

Just got back from Starbucks. Thought I'd give it another try, since the goal of their training was to get back to basics on coffee and service. Got the same barely passable service, employee acted like it was a chore to take our order, and then got mine wrong. I hope it's just this location.

I can never remember, is it still edgy to hate on Starbucks, or is there a backlash-backlash?

Poor, or barely passable, customer service is never edgy, and completely worthy of backlash, regardless of the type of establishment.
