Movie Theater Dining: Crabcakes, Oxtail, and Craft Beer
The New York Times reported today that the menu at Robert Redford's new Sundance Kabuki movie theater in San Francisco includes roasted game hen, crabcakes, and braised oxtail, along with craft beers, cocktails, and local wines by the glass. I'm down with this, as long as Redford hasn't ditched my Goobers. What's your favorite movie snack?

That's all well and good, but this theater is by far the most expensive one I've ever been to (including those in NY!) They recently changed their whole pricing scheme: certain showtimes and certain movies are more expensive than others, with a "base price" and then a non-optional "ammenities fee" tacked on for what they say goes to cover their recent eco-friendly renovation. You also have to chose your seat beforehand on a screen when you buy your ticket! I'm not the only one who finds this ridiculous am I ?
