If what you wanted to say in Spanish was "Esteban Jobs' latest product"... the translation then should read... El ultimo producto de Esteban Jobs.
but I had seen a PPT presentation about iJam and it was super inventive.

Oh, but this video leaves out most of the site where it came from. It was a hit during the holidays in Spain.
