Menu for Hope 4: Raffle Winners

So. Menu for Hope 4, the charity raffle organized by Pim Techamuanvivit (Chez Pim) that occurred in mid-December, managed to raise a whopping $91,188 for the U.N. World Food Program. Thanks to everyone who bought a ticket (or tickets) and to all the generous prize donors.

And now the moment you ticket buyers have been waiting for: the results. Here, I'm posting the winners of the U.S. East Coast region, which Serious Eats "hosted" this year. For a list of all winners, visit Chez Pim. The list here is long, so it follows after the jump.
