  • Showered with chocolate bars: An 87-year old woman struggling to get by with a $683-a-month Social Security check found herself bestowed with gifts of chocolate from thoughtful readers who saw her featured in a NY Times story about the impact of rising fuel costs, in which she said her "greatest vice is Hershey bars."
