Each year, the Menu for Hope charity raffle brings together food bloggers worldwide in the fight against hunger. Bloggers offer prizes that readers may buy virtual raffle tickets to win, with the proceeds going to the U.N. World Food Program. This year, Serious Eats is serving as the "regional host" for the USA East Coast Region, which means we'll be bringing you periodic updates on prizes and such. Adam
We have a few late-breaking prizes in Menu for Hope's USA East Coast region to alert you to. You'll find them after the jump.
For a complete list of prizes offered worldwide, visit ChezPim.com.

From: PhilaFoodie
Prize code: UE42
PhilaFoodie says: "I have submitted a 'Two Class Gift Certificate' to be used at The Wine School of Philadelphia, which was generously donated by the school. Valued at $100, this certificate is enough for two seats to most wine classes offered at the school. You can take two classes yourself, or you and a friend can attend one class together. Even better, you can use this gift certificate for anything that the school offers, including custom-made crystal glassware." Read about this prize at PhilaFoodie »

From: Serge the Concierge
Prize code: UE44
Red, White and Drunk All Over, the second book by wine writer Natalie MacLean is not a bible or an encyclopedia for the oenophile distingué. Natalie makes wine knowledge fun again. You won't need to reach for the Alka Selzer while reading it. The Financial Times called Natalie MacLean 'a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson'. She was kind enough to offer a signed copy of Red, White and Drunk All Over as a late addition to the line up of Menu for Hope 4 goodies." Read more about this prize at Serge the Concierge »

From: Food Rockz
Prize code: UE45
Food Rockz says: "I've decided to donate an assortment of 32 hand-crafted chocolate truffles. If you read my blog regularly, you know I've been perfecting my truffle-making in recent weeks. (If you don't read my blog regularly, then check the photo here for evidence of my truffle-making.) Pictured here is my latest truffle prototype—Mexican Hot Chocolate—a milk chocolate ganache delicately flavored with cinnamon and Papua New Guinea vanilla bean, dipped in a coating of tempered milk chocolate. (Yes, I've properly tempered chocolate for the second time this week. I think I've got the hang of it!)" Read about this prize at Food Rockz »
