When my kids were young, I would cut cupcakes in half & put the frosting sides together, wrap & send in the lunchbox---thanks for the memories...

I'm going to preface this by saying I actually like the idea. But it's a sad sad statement when we need to have a howto on eating...

I like this idea too! WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF IT MYSELF?

See, this is practical knowledge. And it just so happens someone brought cupcakes into the office today - practical and applicable. I should really practice this method a few times. You know, for science.

A solution for a problem that I didn't even know existed.

Ha, one of my co-workers showed me this technique sometime earlier this year. It's a great way to get all the frosting goodness in each bite of cupcake. And it's less messy to boot!

i've been doing this for years!

Brilliant! I just finished the last of some coconut cupcakes I made, and this would have saved me a lot of crumbs in the couch!

That looks like a cupcake burger. Mmm...cupcake burger.

i like to lick the frosting off the cupcake first and then eat the cake last.

I do the reverse of cybercita. Naturally, I adore the frosting part best, just like the top part of the muffin, and so I eat the bottom first.

Here's one better. Take a donut with no hole. Slice it like you would a bagel. If it's filled, remove the filling. Take a Reese's peanut butter cup, place it in the center of one slice. (unwrapped!) Close it up with the top of the donut and put it in the microwave for like 15 seconds.
This is also good with a scoop or two of your favorite ice cream, in which case you need a spoon and a bowl.
