Beyond heaven.

I grew up with Porterhouse- the very best cut

People think I am crazy but I love a good seven bone Chuck Steak. The more fat the better.

I love Porterhouse...Great prize

New York strip. That's my steak. Takes me back to old New York!!!!

filet mignon

T-bone well done Please.

Sirloin Steak Is The Best.

Porterhouse

I love a good ribeye!

The Flat Iron steak. Almost as tender as tenderloin, but with more flavor.

Prime Rib- Walk it in!

filet mignon

porterhouse

filet, all the way!

Melt in your mouth Medallions.

For grilling, nothing beats Porterhouse. You get the best of both worlds, a bit of the Filet and a bit of Sirlion. That said, Seven Bone Chuck Steak is absolutely delicious as well and when I'm in the mood for something a little more rustic, a well-marinated flank steak is terrific. Rib eyes are nice but too much work, although perfect as a roast. Finally, I don't know what they are called but BJs sells a cut of meat that looks like it's a bit of the flank but it is super tender and grills up beautifully. Now if I am not grilling, then I like either a simple strip steak or a filet that I can finish in the oven. Or when it is snowing, nothing beats braising a nice thick chuck steak in beef consume and veggies. I'm not sure if it counts as "steak" but it is delicious.

coincidentally, porterhouse

flank steak!

My favorite is filet mignon.

You know what, I'm going to up the ante here and add to my post that if we are voting for our dream steak, I'm going to still say Porterhouse but clarify it with....
Kobe Porterhouse.

Prime rib, medium well can't be beat

T Bone can't be beat

I adore filet mignon - but Porterhouse has got it all. It's been years since I've tasted genuine dry-aged prime beef! Peter Lugar's prime steaks are second only to authentic Argentinian beef. (Note: if you are ever lucky enough to have a chance to eat at Peter Lugar's, remember that they do NOT accept credit cards - so bring cash, lots of it!)

Ribeye, medium rare

NY strip, definitely!

Filet Mignor and Porterhouse are probably tied but I do like K. City strip and T bone. (I really can't think of a cut of steak that I wouldn't eat)

Wow, what a question to ask a carnivore! I'm crazy about a good ol' T-Bone, I even crave a Porterhouse now and then, but a Beef Wellington made with an eight or ten oz. fillet mignon is a heavenly delight.

I guess I am not picky- as long as it is tender, juicy and has flavor to it- medium well then I will eat it- hey that cow worked hard bulking up- try a little of it all before you say not- those tender cuts can be delicious even if they are the cheapest

Filet Mignon medium rare.

Haven't had any in WAY too long (drat this diet!), but Porterhouse. Yummmm! Medium, please. (I know, some of you are turning up your noses, but when I was a child, my mom always cooked steak (which only meant bottom round, unless something else was cheaper) well-done!) Throw on some mushrooms and serve it up with a good salad and a well baked potato.

I would have to say my favorite is prime rib! YUM!

We buy a lot of rib eyes but nothing beats the combination of flavors one gets from a large aged prime porterhouse like these which can be cooked rare with a marbled red interior and a crusty grilled exterior and then carved so everyone can get a part of the three cuts that make up this great steak! And, our late Cocker Spaniel would go nuts waiting to nibble on the T bone! When choice Porterhouse Steak is on sale, I usually have the butcher cut me some three pounders! I dredge these with a product called "Char Crust" which seasons the steak and gives it a charred finish somewhat like the high temperature broilers in fine steak houses do! I have Lynx grill and like to use a third of a cup Jack Daniel's Whiskey barrel smoking pellets in the smoking tray to further emulate real steakhouse flavor.

Ribeye-rare!

marbled ribeye smoked with pecan wood

I think Ribeyes rock!!!!! I just love the taste of a ribeye steak with mushrooms and a big baked potato with butter and sour cream. This is the closest thing to heaven that I have experienced. I just love it but only get to indulge in this a few times annually.

Bone-in Rib Eye. Oh yes!

Porterhouse for me yumm!

I like a NY Strip, but those Porterhouses are making my mouth water.

Prime Rib when it's done to perfection. Second favorite is rib-eye. Thanks for the opportunity to win delicious Peter Luger steaks!! :-)

New York Strip, rare.

Filet Mignon tops the list, but Filet Strips are delish as well.

Give me a medium rare ribeye any day!

Fave has be aged filet....done up Ruths' Chris style......hands down the best

Steak - always a good choice not matter what the cut.
If I'm using the grill - I like to marinate rib eyes. If I'm
using the oven - the prime rib.

Tenderloin filet browned in an iron skillet, then finished off in a hot oven. Yummy!

Grilled ribeye!!! : - )

My favorite is a medium rare porterhouse---nice and thick cooked over charcoal on the grill.

Porterhouse, medium rare

I would have to say that Porterhouse of T-bone are my all-time favorites. They are the best for grilling or broiling and if cooked a perfect medium rare, are unsurpassed in flavor!
