I saw the competition with Duff Goldman and the rice cripsy base.
I am always in awe of towering cakes or gingerbread.
One day I want to build a croquembouche that looks like the Biltmore Estate in Asheville NC. Maybe 5 flavors of custard. Ok maybe instead the Simpons house.
