...Italian and redheaded temper.
Double-whammy.

Interesting. If I'm recalling correctly, White had some nice things to say about Mario in his book, Devil In The Kitchen (which isn't half bad, by the way). I think Mario actually even blurbed the back cover.
I want to hear more Chef Marco stories from Mario to see the "real" other side of the coin - I genuinely can't tell if this is a commentary on what Batali actually thinks of White, or if this is just a humorous tale from the kitchen.

Are you guys going to offer an RSS feed in iTunes for these videos? That would be so much nicer...
Thanks.

While I had no problems watching the inaugural video in this new feature on my Mac, this one proves inaccessible. The still image is poorly defined and when I try to play the segment, it stops, starts and then, finally, refuses to budge. Please respond to a problem I seem to share with Wisewaif. Thanks!

Sorry you're having trouble with the Brightcove player! We do have an RSS feed in iTunes for our videos. You can find it by searching for "serious eats" in the iTunes store, or by following this link.

OK - update since I can't edit:
After flipping past Mario's site, he says he was heading to Spain to hang with Marco on Sept. 30th (way to keep the blog updated, Mario...hehe), so I'm guessing there's no animosity there.
Just in case anyone was losing sleep over this...
