British teen Louis Barnett drops out of school because of dyslexia, starts making chocolates at home, and now has contracts with English grocery chains Sainsbury's and Waitrose. He's had to expand to an actual factory and has taken on new staff, including his parents. The story comes to us via Luna Pier Cook, who has his own take and more links to young cooking prodigies.
