2008 Ikea Kitchen Porn
The latest Ikea catalog recently hit mailboxes and the web. Most of us probably have a little Ikea in our kitchens, whether it's just a paper-towel holder or an entire suite of cabinets and cupboards. For 2008, trends seem to be primary colors, openess, and wall-mounted bars for hanging all manner of kitchen gear. After the jump, a few snapshots to whet your appetite.

Instead of using the smaller 3-shelf spice shelf on the right in the second pic above, I bought the Dish Drainers for the bulk spice packs. Pics of my install are here.

I LOVE the wall mounted bar system and have long been thinking about leaving my current kitchen for one of the above. but perhaps I'll realise its all just a fantasy in the end...

I have so many wet kitchen deams it's not funny *shy-blush*...
I'm not a big IKEA fan but each to their own...my hubby is a builder so he can pretty much build me anything I can dream up [I hope that doesn't sound like bragging because I'm NOT a braggart...I've lived HARD times and I'm not a snob].

You know how some people (not me, I swear! *shifty eyed*) have victorian spanking erotica, handcuffs, pron magazines, etc. under their bed to wank off to? I have Ikea (all the way to 2005! Vintage!) catalogs. I even made a special trip to the closest Ikea to pick up the special kitchen and closet catalogues (and since I was there, I got 2 bags of frozen meatballs. Mnnn meatballs!)
