Is There Big Money in Smaller Portions?

At a time when Burger King's Meat'Normous, a breakfast sandwich that features a pound of ham, bacon, and sausage, is selling like, well, hot cakes, another restaurant chain is betting on smaller portion menu options to maximize profits. Richard Snead, head of the company that owns TGI Friday's, is heavily marketing 2/3 "right size portions" to consumers. Will a country addicted to outsized portions buy more of these "eat less" options? Stay tuned.
