State Tells Food Service Workers How to Wash, Dry Hands

Like passing a rule that food service workers should wear more gloves is really going to solve our food security problems. "Gloves give a false sense of security," says Deborah Dowdell, president of the New Jersey Restaurant Association. Right on, sister. At least when my hands are bare I can feel the grime on my fingertips, if not the E. coli.
