Apartment Therapy: The Kitchen reviews PoachPod Silicone Egg Poachers and gives them a thumbs up. I've never made Eggs Benedict myself because poaching eggs is a pain... but now I'm thinking $9.95 + shipping is not that much of a barrier between me and a delicious lazy at-home brunch treat.
